A Year-Dormant Altcoin Whale Keeps Sending to Binance: It Still Holds Another $30 Million!

An ENA whale that had been inactive for more than a year has added more tokens to those routed to Binance via BitGo, while still holding approximately $29.6 million worth of ENA in its wallet.

According to data shared by Lookonchain on October 6, the address starting with 0xa554 sent 37,725 million ENA to BitGo about 12 hours before the post. The tokens, worth approximately $9.25 million at the time, were later transferred to a Binance deposit address.

The whale broke more than a year of silence on October 3, sending 30 million ENA along the same route. With the latest move, the total amount routed to Binance reached 67,725 million ENA.

Second transfer larger than the first

The latest transfer exceeded the first by approximately 26 percent in token count. On-chain records show the ENA was moved first to a BitGo deposit wallet, then to BitGo’s hot wallet, and finally to a Binance deposit address.

Lookonchain described the latest move as a sale; the records shared show that the tokens reached Binance. The records do not include the sale price or amount realized in the transactions.

Wallet still holds 119,82 million ENA

After the two transfers, the whale had 119,82 million ENA left. At the prices cited in Lookonchain’s post, this balance is worth approximately $29.6 million and is greater than the total amount of tokens sent so far.

What stands out in the report is that the address, which had remained inactive for a long time, made a second and larger transfer to the same exchange within a few days. The large remaining balance also makes the whale’s subsequent transactions worth watching for ENA investors.
