Scary Scenario in Bitcoin: Renowned Analyst Points to the Ultimate Bottom After $54,000

While uncertainty persists in the cryptocurrency market, an analyst known for his accurate past predictions has warned investors that the Bitcoin (BTC) price could drop as low as the $54,000 level.

The leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) has recently been facing macroeconomic pressures and negative signals from technical indicators. While the Fed’s hawkish stance and rising bond yields weigh on the market, the bear flag pattern appearing on technical analysis charts strengthens expectations for a decline.

Popular analyst Doctor Profit, who has accurately predicted market peaks in the past, stated that a massive bearish formation has developed on Bitcoin’s daily charts. According to the analyst, if the price breaks the lower bound of the flag formation, the initial target will be the $54,000 to $56,000 range. After a period of sideways movement in this zone, he predicts the actual bottom could form between $40,000 and $50,000.

In technical analysis, a bear flag refers to a brief and weak recovery period following a sharp decline.
