One of Europe’s Largest Bitcoin Treasuries Established: Reserves Rise to 3,506 Units
Europe-based H100 Group has become one of the largest institutional cryptocurrency holders in the region, increasing its Bitcoin (BTC) reserves to 3,506 units through a strategic acquisition.
As institutional investors’ interest in cryptocurrencies reaches a new dimension, H100 Group AB announced that it has completed a massive acquisition. By incorporating NSD AS, the company shifted gears in its digital asset strategy and strengthened its position in the cryptocurrency markets. This move once again proved the scale at which institutional cryptocurrency adoption has reached.
This acquisition process was carried out using a “Bitcoin for Bitcoin” model, a first in public markets. In the transaction completed without any cash flow, H100 added exactly 2,455.37 Bitcoin to its portfolio. The average unit price for this purchase was set at $62,900. With this move, the company not only increased its assets but also established one of Europe’s largest public Bitcoin treasuries.
The Era of Institutional Bitcoin in Europe
As a result of this massive move, H100 Group’s total reserves reached 3,506.4 Bitcoin. In light of current data, the total value of these assets held by the company is calculated at approximately $228.4 million. Considering all of the company’s purchases, the overall average cost is seen to be at the $78,399 level.
