Upbit Ends Trading Support for This Altcoin, Price Plummets 34.88%!
Cryptocurrency exchange Upbit has announced that it will terminate trading support for an altcoin.
According to Upbit’s official announcement, trading support for ThunderCore (TT) will end on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 15:00 KST. Trading support will be terminated for the TT/KRW and TT/BTC pairs.
The exchange explained that it evaluated factors such as ThunderCore’s total supply, circulation plan, changes in the business plan, and the project’s authenticity and sustainability. It was noted that the review identified numerous deficiencies and potential risks of user losses. For these reasons, Upbit stated that it placed ThunderCore under a trading warning on July 31, 2026, and after a subsequent review, decided to terminate trading support as the issues had not been resolved.
With the termination of trading support, all previously placed buy and sell orders for the TT/KRW and TT/BTC pairs will be canceled in bulk. Additionally, it was stated that following the announcement, services such as airdrops, wallet upgrades, and hard forks for ThunderCore will no longer be supported.
Withdrawals for ThunderCore (TT) will be supported for 30 days from the date trading support ends, until October 14, 2026. Users were warned that they must complete their withdrawals before this date, and that deposits or incorrect transfers of assets for which trading support has ended will not be reflected in their accounts.
According to CoinMarketCap data, the TT price has fallen 34.88 percent in the last 24 hours and is trading at $0.000130394031262561 at the time of reporting.
