$1.65 Billion Flows into Crypto Investment Products in Three Days: Bitcoin and Ethereum Lead
According to CoinShares, $1.65 billion flowed into digital asset investment products during the first three trading days of the week, and approximately $1.45 billion of this amount was directed toward Bitcoin and Ethereum products.
CoinShares data, reported by Wu Blockchain, indicated a strong capital movement in global digital asset investment products. During the period covering only the first three trading days of the week, total inflows reached $1.65 billion. Bitcoin products drew $976 million, while Ethereum products attracted $478 million.
The total amount directed toward these two assets was approximately $1.45 billion. Thus, the majority of the new capital entering investment products was concentrated in Bitcoin and Ethereum. The data measures money flow into exchange-traded products that provide investment in crypto assets, rather than all direct spot market trades.
Bitcoin and Ethereum Led Investment Products
Total assets under management (AUM) for global crypto ETPs (exchange-traded products) rose to approximately $155 billion. Total inflows seen since the beginning of the year have turned positive again, reaching $3.4 billion.
Inflows in the first three days lagged behind the $2.94 billion full-week flow recorded the previous week. However, since the two data points do not cover the same duration, a direct weekly performance comparison is not being made. CoinShares stated that the $2.94 billion inflow in the previous week was the highest weekly level of the year.
The report also stated that the increasing difficulty of accessing data center capacity in the US could lead Bitcoin mining companies toward AI services. CoinShares projected that the share of AI-driven revenue for listed miners could increase from the current approximately 30% to 70% by the end of the year. This forecast was shared as a sector expectation separate from investment product flows.
