GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”), personal data owners defined as data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) are granted certain rights regarding the processing of their personal data under Article 11 of the LPPD.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD, applications to be made to our Company, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

Within this framework, applications to be made to our Company “in writing” may be submitted to us by taking a printout of this form and delivering it through the following channels:

• By the Applicant’s personal application,

• • Via a notary public,

• • By being signed by the Applicant with a “secure electronic signature” as defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the Company’s registered electronic mail address.

Below is specific information regarding the written application channels and how these applications can be delivered to us.

Additionally, after other methods to be determined by the Board are announced, our Company will announce how applications will be received through those methods. Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant LPPD.

In order to eliminate legal risks that may arise from unlawful and unfair data sharing and especially to ensure the security of your personal data, our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (copy of identity card or driver’s license, etc.) for identification and authorization.
