Binance to List New Futures Contract: Trading Starts Today

Binance is launching a new perpetual futures contract based on shares of Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd.

Binance Futures will launch the pre-IPO share-backed perpetual futures contract with the ticker MOONSHOTUSDT (MOONSHOT/USDT) for trading on September 22, 2026, at 11.30 Turkey time. The underlying asset will be shares of Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd., which are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

The contract’s settlement asset will be USDT, its maximum leverage will be 20x, and trading hours will be 24/7. During the pre-IPO period, funding fees will be applied every four hours; the funding rate has been set at %0,005 per funding interval. The minimum order quantity will be 0,01 MOONSHOT, the minimum notional value will be 5 USDT, and the tick size will be 0,01.

Binance also stated that the contract may be made available for futures copy trading within 24 hours after launch. It noted that the contract size may be changed once the actual number of shares is known and that trading parameters may be updated based on market conditions.
