$476 Million in Altcoin Purchases in a Month: Which Company Is This Wallet Linked To?

A wallet linked to Hyperliquid Strategies reportedly bought $476 million worth of HYPE over the past month and continued buying in the last 16 hours.

According to a September 25 post by Lookonchain, the wallet starting with 0x6436 bought a total of 5.51 million HYPE in one month. The on-chain tracking platform linked the address to Hyperliquid Strategies Inc.

The post put the average daily purchases during this period at 183,574 HYPE, worth approximately $15.86 million. These figures show the period average; they do not mean the same amount was purchased every day.

$45.8 Million in Purchases Over the Last 16 Hours

The wallet bought another 494,200 HYPE in the 16 hours before the post. Lookonchain reported that these purchases were worth $45.8 million. The latest transactions are the most recent purchases included in the one-month total; they are not added on top of the $476 million.

Company Dashboard Shows 35.1 Million HYPE

The Hyperliquid Strategies dashboard cited in the post shows 35.1 million HYPE for the company, valued at approximately $3.22 billion. The company’s total holdings and the tracked wallet’s purchases over one month are different measures.

The dashboard lists September 24, 2026, as the date of its latest update. However, a note on the dashboard says that the weekly updated data lags the date shown by one week, while the token price and the corresponding dollar values are updated live. Therefore, the 35.1 million HYPE figure is not presented as a real-time balance calculated after the purchases made in the last 16 hours.
