No Need to Buy Separate Coins to Transact on Binance Wallet: New Convenience Across Four Networks!

Binance Wallet now lets users pay transaction fees in USDT across four networks. This means users no longer have to acquire ETH, SOL, or other native tokens just to cover network fees.

According to information reported by Wu Blockchain on September 28, the feature covers the BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, and TRON networks. Network fees for supported transactions made through Binance Wallet on these networks can be paid using the wallet’s USDT balance.

When you have USDT in your wallet but no coin for the transaction fee

In practice, the new option addresses an issue for users who have the token they want to send in their wallet but lack the native coin needed to pay the fee. For example, instead of holding ETH to pay fees on the Ethereum network or SOL on the Solana network, users can choose to pay with USDT through Binance Wallet.

The shared guide shows a screen where users select the source for paying the network fee during transaction approval. The USDT option is also listed there. This feature does not make transactions free; it changes which asset users can use to pay the fee.

Binance said it will expand support for paying fees in USDT to other networks in the future. The networks to be added and the timeline have not yet been announced.
