Upbit has extended the trading warning period for MultiversX (EGLD).
According to the exchange, after issuing a trading warning for EGLD, it requested an explanation from the project. Its review found that the additional responses and the status of the measures taken needed to be assessed in greater detail. Upbit extended the period for an additional explanation request and detailed review.
The decision covers the EGLD/KRW, EGLD/BTC and EGLD/USDT trading pairs. The extended review period is expected to continue through the week covering November 16–20, 2026.
Upbit will continue its review during this period and consider whether to extend the trading warning, remove it, or ultimately end trading support. The extension of the period is not a definitive delisting (termination of trading support) decision.
The announcement was published on October 23, 2026, at 09:00 TRT. Upbit also warned that virtual assets carry high risk and that investors may lose all or part of their investment.
