Upbit announced that it will end trading support for Hive Dollar (HBD) on December 7.
According to the exchange, the asset will be delisted from the HBD/BTC trading pair on Upbit. Trading support will end on December 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. TRT.
Upbit said it identified deficiencies and risks of harm to users after evaluating the asset’s market capitalization in domestic and international markets, changes in the number of on-chain holders, trading volume and liquidity, and its support status on other exchanges. The exchange had placed the asset under a trading warning on October 16, 2026. In a subsequent review, it concluded that the reasons for the warning had not been resolved and decided to end trading support to protect investors.
When trading support ends, all previously placed buy and sell orders for the relevant pair will be canceled in bulk. Services such as airdrops, wallet upgrades, and hard forks will also no longer be supported following the announcement.
Withdrawals will remain available for 30 days from the date trading support ends. Users must withdraw their assets before January 6, 2027. Deposits made after trading support ends will not be credited to accounts; assets sent incorrectly after the withdrawal period ends may take a long time to return due to technical reasons.
