Strategy repurchased STRC shares for $139.3 million instead of buying Bitcoin.
Strategy did not buy or sell Bitcoin between September 8-13 and did not sell shares through its ATM program. According to information reported by Wu Blockchain, the company used its capital during this period to repurchase its own preferred shares.
The company spent a total of $139.3 million to repurchase 1,420,467 STRC shares. No transactions were conducted for STRF, STRK, and STRD shares, or for MSTR shares, within the repurchase program.

Strategy’s Bitcoin reserves remained unchanged
Strategy’s Bitcoin reserves remained at 845,050 BTC as of September 13. While the company acquired these assets for a total of $63.73 billion, the average acquisition cost was $75,412 per Bitcoin.
The $139.3 million in funds used was directed specifically toward STRC repurchases.
Strategy’s dollar reserves were announced as $5.10 billion, with cash assets at $1.30 billion on the same date. The repurchase program has an additional capacity of $1.05 billion for preferred shares and $1 billion for MSTR shares.
