Bitcoin ETFs See $2.65 Billion in September Inflows: Will Institutional Demand Continue?
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw $2.65 billion in net inflows in September, while Ether ETFs attracted $832.43 million.
According to SoSoValue data, spot Bitcoin ETFs’ net inflows in September were the second-highest monthly total since October 2025.

Bitcoin ETF inflows fell from August
Bitcoin ETFs’ net inflows in September came in below $3.52 billion in August. Inflows into Ether ETFs also fell from $1.85 billion in August to $832.43 million.
Dominick John, an analyst at Zeus Research, said fund flows indicated that institutional demand had not faded. According to John, this points to the possibility of a more sustainable recovery.
On the first trading day of October, Bitcoin ETFs saw $102.7 million in net inflows, while Ether ETFs recorded $55.4 million in net outflows. John said investors would continue to monitor ETF flows and economic data from the U.S. to determine whether institutional demand was continuing.
