BitMEX founder Arthur Hayes has accumulated approximately $5 million worth of Ethereum (ETH) through two major transactions over the past five days.

Arthur Hayes, one of the most closely followed figures in the cryptocurrency market, is drawing attention with his recent on-chain activities. Analysis platforms monitoring Hayes’s wallet movements reported that the famous figure is following an aggressive accumulation strategy for Ethereum (ETH).

According to Lookonchain data, Hayes made his first major purchase on July 16. Adding 1,293 ETH to his wallet on this date, Hayes paid approximately $2.48 million for the transaction. This move was the first concrete step demonstrating Hayes’s confidence in the asset despite market fluctuations.

$5 Million Ethereum Move from Arthur Hayes

Just a few days after his first purchase, the famous figure made another move about three hours ago. Buying an additional 1,332.5 ETH in this second transaction, Hayes performed a transfer worth $2.53 million this time. Thus, Hayes’s total Ethereum (ETH) accumulation over the last five days reached 2,625 units. The total market value of this amount is approximately $5 million.

These purchases are seen as a reflection of Hayes’s expectations for the Ethereum (ETH) price. These consecutive and large-scale purchases by Hayes were recorded as a whale movement closely monitored by market participants.
