Binance Lists 2 New Altcoins on Futures: Trading Opens Today

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that it will launch new futures trading for BTCU (BTCU) and ETHU (ETHU).

According to the announcement by Binance Futures, Tether (USDT)-margined futures for BTCUUSDT and ETHUUSDT contracts will open for trading as of July 1, 2026.

It was stated that funding rates for these new contracts will initially vary every 4 hours, between a maximum of -2.00% and +2.00%. Binance also emphasized that funding rates, maximum leverage, and other trading details may be updated over time depending on market conditions.

In these contracts where Multi-Assets Mode is supported, users will be able to trade by using different assets such as BTC as collateral.
