As selling pressure in the Bitcoin (BTC) market eases and futures traders turn optimistic once again, the price appears to be entering a phase of stabilization and consolidation.
The leading cryptocurrency is entering a calmer period following the sharp movements experienced recently. The latest report shared by on-chain data analysis platform Glassnode reveals that the appetite for selling in the market has cooled and investors are beginning to take strategic positions once again. In particular, the drying up of outflows from exchange-traded funds (ETFs) stands as one of the most significant factors positively impacting the overall market sentiment.
Bullish Signals in Bitcoin Futures
According to the data, investors taking long positions in futures contracts are observed to be returning to the market. The recovery to the 1.49 million level seen in the funding rate chart indicates that bullish expectations in the market are gaining strength again. In the options market, the fact that investors are no longer as wary of downside risks can be clearly read through the 18.24 value in options delta skew data.
The percentage of total supply in profit has dropped to around 49%, reaching a critical point. This data shows that more than half of the investors are at a loss or at a break-even point at current prices. Realized profit/loss ratio, hovering at the -0.72 level, proves that the market is searching for a bottom and that selling is gradually exhausting.
