Bithumb announced that it will end trading support for BLAST.
The exchange said the reasons behind its decision to flag BLAST for trading warning status had not been resolved by the explanations provided by the foundation. After assessing the project’s current activities and the asset’s purpose and functionality, Bithumb concluded that the criteria for continuing trading support had not been met.
Trading is scheduled to end on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 06.00 Turkey time. The exchange set the schedule in accordance with the plan to discontinue the BLAST network, as stated in the official X announcement dated October 2. Once trading support ends, trading through the API will be halted, and all open buy and sell orders will be canceled in bulk. Bithumb also noted that the schedule may change.
Bithumb plans to end withdrawal support for BLAST on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at 09.00 Turkey time. Users were asked to withdraw their assets before that date, and those transferring them to overseas service providers or personal wallets were asked to complete address registration in advance.
Users were warned that technical support for matters such as the mainnet, hard forks, airdrops, and token swaps may be discontinued after withdrawal support ends, and that withdrawals may also be restricted.
