Bithumb to List a New Altcoin: Trading Start Time Announced
Bithumb has announced that it will list a new altcoin.
According to the exchange’s announcement, deposits and withdrawals for Useless (USELESS) will begin within 2 hours of the announcement’s publication. Only the Solana network will be supported for deposits; deposits from other networks will not be accepted.
Useless will be traded via the USELESS/KRW trading pair in the South Korean won market. Trading is scheduled to begin as of September 8, 2026, at 08:00 AM (UTC+3). The exchange stated that the start of trading may be delayed depending on liquidity conditions.
Buy orders will not be possible for the first 5 minutes after the start of trading. During the same period, sell orders cannot be entered at levels below 10% or above 100% of the reference price. Additionally, only limit orders will be available for approximately 2 hours.
Bithumb warned users that, under the travel rule, deposits and withdrawals can only be made to supported virtual asset service provider (VASP) exchanges.
