BlackRock Doesn’t Slow Down on Bitcoin: Massive $604 Million Purchase in the Last 4 Days
BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management company, has proven once again that institutional interest remains vibrant by recording a total of $604 million in inflows to its Bitcoin (BTC) funds over the last four trading days.
Spot Bitcoin ETFs, which keep a pulse on institutional investors in cryptocurrency markets, have entered another active period recently. In particular, the investment giant BlackRock continues to solidify its market dominance with consecutive positive data. On-chain data shows that the company’s Bitcoin (BTC) accumulation rate is increasing and that institutional confidence has been renewed despite market fluctuations.
According to data shared by Lookonchain, BlackRock saw continuous net inflows over the last four trading days. During this period, a total of 9,269 Bitcoin (BTC) were added to the fund. Calculated based on current market values, this massive purchase is worth approximately $604 million. This clearly demonstrates that the institutional appetite for buying has not waned, regardless of market price movements.
Institutional Giant Continues to Accumulate Bitcoin
When examining Arkham data, details of transfers carried out for BlackRock’s spot Bitcoin ETF, IBIT, stand out. Transactions from Coinbase Prime wallets show numerous back-to-back transfers of 300 BTC each, worth approximately $19.3 million. These regular, high-volume transfers prove that institutional investors’ long-term expectations for the Bitcoin price remain positive.
This intense interest in spot Bitcoin ETF products increases the overall liquidity and legitimacy of the cryptocurrency market. Financial giants like BlackRock adding such large amounts of assets to their portfolios is considered a significant confidence signal for retail investors as well. In particular, this four-day inflow streak has been recorded as critical data showing that selling pressure in the market is being balanced by institutional purchases.
