Critical Decision from South Korean Giant for 6 Altcoins: They Face Delisting Risk!
Bithumb, one of South Korea’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has made a critical announcement for 6 different altcoins.
According to the statement made by Bithumb on July 16, 2026, an investment warning decision has been made for Azit (AZIT), Cudis (CUDIS), Fancy (FANC), Temco (TEMCO), Nestree (EGG), and Stat (STAT). The notification issued by the exchange stated that deposit operations for the assets in question would be suspended as of 4:00 PM on July 16, 2026. Bithumb also warned investors that transfers made during this period will not be processed.
The altcoins in question were placed under review due to low market capitalization and insufficient trading volume. Investors will be able to learn whether these assets will be completely delisted following the final evaluation to be conducted by the exchange. The decision regarding the review outcome is expected to be announced in the third week of October (between October 12-16).
The exchange will continue to closely monitor the status of the assets in order to provide a secure trading environment. Accordingly, if the projects fail to meet the specified criteria during the investment warning period, trading support may be completely terminated. Furthermore, the exchange emphasized that the process will be conducted transparently to ensure that investors do not suffer any grievances.
According to CoinGecko data, following the announcement, the TEMCO price fell by 13.00% to the $0.00037873 range, while STAT lost 16.48% in value and is trading at $0.02197605.
