Binance Futures will launch the OURAUSDT USDⓈ-M pre-IPO perpetual futures product at 11.30 a.m. Turkey time on September 23, 2026. The underlying asset is shares of Oura Inc., which is expected to go public on Nasdaq; the settlement asset is USDT, and maximum leverage will be 20x.

Binance shared an estimated share count of 320.945.459. This figure is based on disclosures in the S-1/A document published on the SEC website on September 21, 2026. The exchange noted that the opening price may be above or below the assumed IPO price.
