Upbit Announces KRW Listing Plan for Polyswarm (NCT)

Upbit has announced trading support for an altcoin on the KRW market.

According to Upbit’s official announcement dated August 26, Polyswarm (NCT) is scheduled to begin trading on the platform with the KRW trading pair on August 26, 2026, at 9:00 PM. Upbit stated that trading support may be postponed if sufficient liquidity is not provided.

In the statement made by Upbit, it was noted that NCT deposits and withdrawals can only be carried out via the Ethereum network. The announcement emphasized that transfers made through networks other than the specified one will not be supported and that investors must check the network before transacting. A warning was issued that the recovery process for deposits made via the wrong network could take a long time.

It was announced that buy orders for the asset in question will be restricted for approximately 5 minutes after trading support begins. Additionally, it was stated that only limit orders will be accepted for approximately 2 hours following the listing.

In addition, it was stated that for the first 5 minutes after trading support starts, sell orders cannot be placed at levels where the price of NCT is 10 percent or more below the previous day’s close. Upbit reported that the prices to be used as a basis for trading restrictions will be determined based on data from the BTC market. The reference closing price for NCT from the previous day was shared as 0.00000006 BTC (6.55 won).

Furthermore, Upbit announced that the transaction fee for the KRW-NCT pair will be reduced from 0.05 percent to 0 percent for 24 hours following the start of trading support. The announcement specified the period for the discount as 9:00 PM on August 26, 2026, to 8:59:59 PM on August 27, 2026, noting that if the listing is postponed, the period will be applied according to the new trading start time.
